Responsibilities: Work with CPI’s Founding Director responsible for the development of education/professional development, and assist with the planning, execution and documentation of upcoming education programs. Working directly with the Director to help develop the program structures for the upcoming 2015 program year, while assisting in the management and execution of the remaining 2014 education programs. You will support the promotion, organization, and documentation of CPI’s education programming. This internship will offer insight into the administrative and program management aspect of a non-profit artist run centre.

Requirements: Positive energy and optimal scheduling abilities; Exceptional administrative skills and the ability to complete work in a highly organized and timely manner. Applicants should have an interest in art education, professional development mentorship and arts administration; strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work both independently and under a supportive structure. Experience with the following programs: Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, WordPress. Other creative knowledge is considered an asset.

Schedule: Minimum of one day a week, part-time, flexible. Schedule can be adjusted for the right candidate.
